New challenge starts today at Creative Moments and the theme is

"Sketch"

I have use two image on this card, The Larkins and Flower with Butterfly

and color them with Polochomos from Faber Castell.

Place is it on a yellow and green cardstock.

A simple sentiment and flower are my embellis.

My hubbys eye....

Wanted to try painting my husband's eyes 

.... because he has the silhouette of the Eiffel Tower in one eye!!

I have use my new Polychromos pencil from Faber Castell.

I use the image Lucy Loo "Close Up" from the Artist Unky, The East Wind.

Place her on a embossing background and 

add a die cut/ embossing ballon and use that for my sentiment with two die/emboss heart inside.

Just a bow and flowers is enough for this one!

Step Card

New challenge over at Fitztown and the theme is "Step Card"

I have color the image Bridal Wedding Day 1 with my new Polychromos pencils.

Made the base in green and use yellow and light brown for the "step".

My embellis are ribbon, pearls, die cut, flowers and stickles.

My son´s girlfriend....

Is a lovely and kind girl...

She surprised him with roses and a verse! 

Thought it was so nice that I wanted to make a canvas for them!

My embellis on this is:

image, die cut, butterfly, leaf, flowers, pearl, spirals and double bow!

The verse something like this goes like this:

Who knows how long the sun shines 

Who knows how long the polar ice freezes 

Who knows how long the clock strikes

Who knows how long a heart beat 

Do you know how far the sun´s rays reach 

Do you know when the polar ice leak 

Do you know how far a watch can go 

Do you know how long a heart beats

I know that the sun shines for us 

I know that the polar ice is not removed 

I know the clock´s time is with me 

I know that my heart beats for you

I may not have translated quite correctly....but that´s on me!!

My first attempt one more time

to coloring fruit!

I won a challenge at Outlawz from the Squigglefly and this is one of the image I choose

call´d Apples and Pumpkins. I color it with Polychromos pencils.

I made a round card with only a doily, ribbon, leaf och flowers as embellis.

to make a "real" face and hair with shaders!

DT Thursday

My turn to do the post today at Fitztown and the theme this week is "Browns" 

I use the image Teddy 5 and color it with my new Faber Castell Polychromos. 

Love then already, spend all day out and coloring in the sun!!

Color a heart dolily in brown with watercolor and add it to a paperhert in light brown. 

Use lace around it and cut out the image with a die cut and place it on the doily.

My embellis are besides that flowers, leaf and a bow!!

New challenges at Creative Moments, the theme is "Use one flower"

I use this beautiful image Luna La Lupa from Delicious Doodles and color it with 

Faber Castel  Albrecht Dürer. You can use them with or with out water.

It all depends on what look you want!  

Most of the time do I use them with water

This card is very simple, sometimes is that the best!

Just a few embellis: two die cut, ribbon and one flower!!

Fly away....

I wanted to do something different!

Did the 2 images and painted one completely. 

The second I chose some of the flowers and the butterfly, I added color and cut them out

 to create pop up feeling on the card!

I have use the "Blossom" image from  Delicious Doodles and color her with Faber Castell.

Mount image in a die cut and then attached to an embossed cardstock.

My embellis are ribbon, pearls, flowers, crisp ribbon, lace, straw, stickles and a sentiment!!

I have use this love image Always from Pickled Potpourri for our 100th challenge!!

I cut out the silhouette and fastened it with the spacer pads on the embossed card.

 Pulled ribbon and organza behind the back, stuck it with pearls.

The other embellis is a heart, roses,spirals, leaf and sentiment!!

We got a lot´s of sponors for this challenge!!!

Alter....

Time for a new challenge at Fitztown and theme is "Altered Item"

I have chosen to alter this box and I use this new lovely image Flower 6.

Use kraft paper and color the image with Faber Castell and add some 

Glossy Accent over it for that 3D feeling.

On the other side have use baby blue cardstock, to he edges did I use a darker blue color.

My embellishments on this card is paper flowers, roses, leaf, 

skeleton leaf, spirals, pistil, stickles, spoon, cup and ribbon.!

My grkids love to eat strawberries in them!!

Holiday....

"Pick a Holiday" is the theme over at Fitztown!

I choose Christmas and use the image Winter 10 and color it with Faber Castell.

Cut is out with a die and also cut a bigger one in light blue cardstock.

Place it on a silver Christmas designer paper.

My only embellis are snowflakes!!
